Jaroslav Řasa
CEO
Experienced professional with 32 years of experience in the management and acquisition of software companies. He founded ABRA Software, leading it as Chairman of the Board, along with Monika Vondráková and Martin Jirmann, to two Czech Best Managed Company awards and a strategic partnership with the German Elvaston group in 2022. In early 2023, he handed over its management and now devotes himself fully to developing ABRA Holding. Jaroslav earned a degree in AI and robotics at the Czech Technical University in Prague, speaks Czech and English, and is a member of the Neuron Foundation’s administrative board.
Monika Vondráková
Vice President
She launched her professional career in the financial sector (10 years with BNP Dresdner Bank), dedicating most of it to brand building, marketing and PR. She was the Brand Director at ABRA Software for 8 years. Under her co-management, the company underwent extensive changes in strategy and its overall direction. She redefined the customer journey, corporate culture, visual and content marketing. She is the chairwoman of the administrative board of the Neuron Foundation, which she co-founded in 2010. Monika speaks Czech, English and German.
Oliver Thum
Elvaston Representative
One of the founding partners of Elvaston, with more than 20 years of experience in private equity with a focus on technology buyouts, having worked in private equity almost exclusively throughout his career. Before founding Elvaston, he worked at General Atlantic. Prior to this, he was a consultant at Bain & Company. He holds PhD and MSc degrees in engineering economics systems from Stanford University and an MA in Economics from Witten/Herdecke University. He speaks fluent German and English.
Miloš Procházka
Strategy & Business Development
As executive director, he successfully managed projects in acquisition and divestment, strategic governance and restructuring. He has over ten years of managerial experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity investments. Miloš earned degrees in economics at the Keio University in Tokyo and in law at Charles University in Prague. He speaks fluent Czech and English, with a working knowledge of Spanish and Japanese.
Miroslav Holan
CFO
He has fifteen years of experience in financial management, strategy and transactions. He worked as a manager for EY, where he was responsible for pre-investment due diligence, appraisals, financial restructuring and strategic consulting. In later years, he managed the team responsible for corporate financial strategy at ŠKODA AUTO. Miroslav earned a degree in corporate governance and economics at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He speaks fluent Czech and English.
Jakub Ševčík
Legal
Law has been his profession for over ten years. He focuses primarily on corporate and competition law, as well as mergers and acquisitions law. In the past, he participated in and was responsible for the planning and implementation of a number of major transactions in the IT, automotive, hospitality and banking sectors. Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, and also spent a year studying at the Copenhagen University. He speaks fluent Czech and English.
